### LOCATION:Delaware county district library - ostrander Branch 75 North 4th Street Ostrander, OH 43061

Attendees will learn what's ahead in the college search process. You will learn the most important college preparation tasks for each grade level including SAT & ACT, college visits, application strategies, and more!

This FREE presentation is *perfect* for parents of students in grades 9, 10, and 11, although any age range is welcome. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents. You will leave confident that you know how to begin this exciting journey!

 

### **Part 2: SHow me the money! DATE: Thursday**, march 19, 2020 TIME: 6:30-8:00pm COST: FREE  AUDIENCE: STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-11 AND THEIR PARENTS

### LOCATION:Delaware county district library - ostrander Branch 75 North 4th Street Ostrander, OH 43061

Each student is unique and so is every family's financial situation. This strategizing session will map out steps for you (and your student) to prepare financially for college expenses. Many tips will be shared, including strategies for families who anticipate not qualifying for much financial (need) aid.

You'll leave with valuable takeaways on how to search for scholarships, how to leverage your student's academic profile when applying, and how to understand a college's net price.
